Hotel representation

Stays worth selling

Two properties we represent directly in the Gulf — a seven-tent camp on the Mara's conservancy side, and a boutique address in old Tbilisi. Both quoted at contracted partner rates, through one Dubai desk.

Drunken Elephant Mara

An owner-run tented camp on the Mara's conservancy side — seven tents, and the run of the bush.

Drunken Elephant sits in the Siana Conservancy, a little over a kilometre from the Sekenani Gate — conservancy side rather than inside the National Reserve, which is exactly why it can offer night game drives and guided walks that the Reserve does not permit. With just seven tents it suits clients who want the Mara without the crowds, and it is unusually good for families: two of the tents are family units, children of all ages are welcome, and the walking safaris are pitched at them.

  • Seven tents only — five en-suite doubles and two family units sleeping four, each elevated, canvas-built and with its own private deck
  • Night game drives and Maasai-guided walking safaris, both possible because the camp sits in a conservancy rather than inside the Reserve
  • Horse-riding safaris across the savanna for every level from beginner to experienced — a genuine rarity among Mara camps
  • Hot-air balloon flights at dawn, landing to a bush breakfast under a balanite tree (booked as an extra)
  • Twenty-four-hour power from solar-charged batteries, hot water heated over a log fire, and a swimming pool in camp
  • Twenty per cent of direct bookings goes to ACCES, the education charity the camp partners with in western Kenya

Hotel Adamo

A boutique address in the heart of old Tbilisi — with a wine bar, a jazz terrace and a Georgian wine massage.

Adamo is a boutique hotel in Tbilisi's historic centre, on Kakabadze Street, and it is the property BeTraveler uses on their ready-made Georgia programme — so it packages naturally with the itineraries already live on this site. Thirty-six rooms across six categories, most with their own balcony, and a sense of place the chains cannot match: a Georgian wine bar, live jazz on the terrace, and a spa whose signature treatment is a wine massage.

  • Thirty-six rooms across six categories, from 17 to 55 square metres, with almost all of them opening onto their own balcony
  • A Superior Family room of 45 square metres sleeping four — the room that makes this hotel work for Gulf families
  • Segreto, the hotel's Georgian and European restaurant, with a terrace over the city and live jazz through the week
  • A Georgian wine bar open all day, pouring exclusive wines across grape varieties you will not find outside the country
  • A wellness spa whose signature treatment is a traditional Georgian wine massage
  • A fully equipped conference hall for fifty, with in-house catering — a fit for small corporate groups and incentives
Why through us

What our representation gets you

  • Contracted partner rates through our representation — you quote the property directly, not through a chain of intermediaries.
  • One Dubai desk for the enquiry, the quote, the amendment and the on-trip support, in your clients' time zone.
  • Packaged with the destination itself: both properties sit inside programmes our DMC partners already run, so a stay slots into a full itinerary on one file.
  • AED invoicing and a single point of contact, whether you are booking one room or the whole camp.
FAQ

What agents ask us

How do I get rates for these hotels?

Neither property publishes rates publicly, and nor do we — accommodation rates move with season, occupancy and the length of stay. Send us the dates, the room or tent types and the party size, and we will come back with contracted partner rates you can quote on.

Can these hotels be packaged with a wider itinerary?

Yes, and that is usually the point. Drunken Elephant Mara sits inside the Kenya programmes our partner Safari Seekers runs, and Hotel Adamo is the property BeTraveler use on their ready-made Georgia itinerary — so a stay can be quoted as part of a full trip, on one file, through one desk.

Are these hotels suitable for GCC families?

Both are built for it. Drunken Elephant has two family tents sleeping four, welcomes children of all ages and frames its walking safaris as family activities. Adamo has a 45-square-metre Superior Family room sleeping four in the centre of Tbilisi. For halal catering, prayer facilities or Arabic-speaking service, ask us — we will confirm the current position directly with the property rather than guess.

Do you take group and buyout bookings?

Yes. Drunken Elephant is a seven-tent camp, which makes a sole-use buyout genuinely achievable for a family or a small group, and Adamo has a fifty-person conference hall with in-house catering for small corporate groups and incentives. Tell us the group size and we will price it.
