Do GCC nationals need a visa for Türkiye?

Nationals of the GCC states — the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman — generally enjoy visa-free short-stay entry to Türkiye, while expatriate residents of other nationalities may need an e-visa. How long is the flight from Dubai to Istanbul?
