StarDream Cruises is the umbrella that now carries Asia's best-known cruise heritage — Dream Cruises and StarCruises, the successors to the Genting cruise fleet and the brief Resorts World Cruises relaunch — sailing Singapore, Hong Kong and a Taiwan/Japan/Korea season for GCC clients wanting an Asia fly-cruise.
StarDream Cruises, launched in March 2025, is the current legal successor to Resorts World Cruises, itself the post-pandemic relaunch of the original Genting Hong Kong / Star Cruises fleet. It operates two sold-separately sub-brands under one group: Dream Cruises (the flagship Genting Dream, positioned as the luxury tier with an all-suite Palace enclave), homeported year-round in Singapore, and StarCruises (Star Voyager and Star Navigator, the more affordable lifestyle tier), which run seasonal programmes from Hong Kong and Keelung (Taiwan) into Japan and South Korea. Genting Dream also carries genuine Muslim-friendly certification — certified Halal cuisine, Jain vegetarian options and a HalalTrip Gastronomy Awards partnership — that travels well with GCC clientele.
StarDream is a short-break Asia specialist, and it sells actively into this market — the group runs UAE, Oman and Qatar market sites of its own. We wholesale allocation across Genting Dream from Singapore, Star Voyager from Hong Kong and Malaysia, and Star Navigator from Keelung into Japan and South Korea, so you can build a two- to five-night Asia fly-cruise around a Singapore or Hong Kong stay.
