FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What GCC agents ask us most about Kenya.

When is the Great Migration in the Masai Mara?

The river-crossing season in the Masai Mara runs approximately July to October — which conveniently overlaps the GCC summer holidays. Dry-season game viewing is also excellent in January–February and June–October.

How long is the flight from Dubai to Kenya?

Approximately 5 hours nonstop from Dubai to Nairobi (NBO). Coast-based programmes can route via Mombasa (MBA), and fly-in safaris use Wilson Airport and park airstrips.

Do GCC clients need a visa for Kenya?

Kenya has replaced traditional visas with an online Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA), generally applied for in advance via the official portal — confirm current requirements for your client's nationality with our team before travel.

Can clients combine a safari with a beach holiday?

Yes — bush-and-beach is one of Kenya's strongest sells. The 10-day Bush and Beach programme pairs the Mara, Naivasha and Amboseli with three nights on Diani Beach, departing via the Ukunda airstrip.

What is the difference between a road safari and a fly-in safari?

Road circuits use safari vehicles with driver-guides between parks and suit families and value-focused clients; fly-in programmes such as the Kenya Classic Flying Safari use scheduled domestic flights from Wilson Airport, cutting transfer times and pairing with premium camps.

How do I get rates for these Kenya safaris?

Safari Seekers does not display prices on its website, so all rates come through Byond Borders directly. Send us your client's dates and party size and our Dubai desk returns a tailored AED quote.
