Hajjat Travel & Tours was established in 2003 with the mandate to become one of the top Tourism market leaders in the Middle-East region. At the moment, Hajjat has proven to successfully cater to more than one international market such as the Far East market, CIS & South American Markets, South African market, and some of the European market. In particular, Hajjat aims to further grow and expand its operations in the European market as Hajjat believes it has the sufficient resources, networks, experience and digital infrastructure, to create tailored European experiences that will showcase all what Europe has to offer.

Hajjat Tours has built a great partnership with various agents over the years, working on maintaining our B2B relationships, while simultaneously taking a new approach towards B2C and online market as part of keeping up with new trends in the ecommerce sector.
 

By heading towards the B2C market we will also develop a CRM system to keep up with the KPI’s and reports that will conclude a sufficient market data aiding research and market intelligence. We are able to tailor all of our services accordingly to suit versatile client needs and different client segments.
